What's the safest gift if I don't know her size or whether her ears are pierced?
A necklace. No sizing and no piercing to guess. The Vintage Heart Pendant Long Necklace is the easiest to wear.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 14. We process orders within 3 business days, and USPS recommends shipping Ground Advantage by December 17. Carrier delivery isn't guaranteed.
Will the price show in the package?
No. We don't put prices in the package.
Can a gift be returned?
Yes. Orders placed November 2 to December 14 can be returned until January 31, 2027, unused and unworn. Pierced earrings must also be in their original packaging.
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure the wrist and add about half an inch. Our 17 cm (6.69 in) fits wrists up to about 6.2 in, and our 19 cm (7.48 in) fits wrists up to about 7 in. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
How do I care for it?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume and cleaning products, and store each piece separately in a soft pouch. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
